How To Get The Most Out Of This Workshop:


I suggest you find 2 hours for yourself where you will be undisturbed. Bring a journal, candles, a blanket, and anything else that will help you feel comfy, cozy, and safe.

At the end of the workshop, I'll be guiding you through a 30 minute breathwork journey to help you calm your mind, release trapped emotions, and deactivate any triggers.

It's best to stop eating 2 hours before you do this workshop and hold off on drinking water once you start it. It helps to not feel too full when you breathe - the breathwork journey starts about 1 hour in :)

**DO NOT do this breathwork journey if you are pregnant, driving, or in a body of water**
