How To Get The Most Out Of This Workshop:


I suggest you find 2 hours for yourself where you will be undisturbed. Bring a journal, candles, a blanket, and anything else that will help you feel comfy, cozy, and safe.

You'll be guided through EMBODIED practices to help you feel this transformation in your bones.

So I really encourage you... Do not just use this to gain more knowledge with your mind🙃 That is not enough to create lasting change. 

Actually give yourself this space to be with your body. Do the practices alongside us as if you are there live.

REMEMBER: You always get out what you put in.
